Case study - direct enforcement in the Czech Republic

Thanks to the system of automatic fines, it happens to the fundamental streamlining of road protection against damage by overloaded vehicles, which drastically increases their lifespan and leads to significant savings in their repairs.

In 2011, CROSS Zlín was the first in the Czech Republic and the EU to install a certified high-speed weighing system for road vehicles for direct enforcement. The system is equipped with a CrossWIM unit, which is a certified specified meter for automatic weighing of vehicles in motion with an accuracy of ±5% for the total weight of the vehicle and ±11% for each axle.
